About Airport Transfer
Airport transfer is shuttle service from airport to hotel vice versa (return / both way).

What does day use or late check out mean?
"Day Use" means the use of a room on the last day (check-out date) exceeding the particular check out time established by the hotel.

For example:
A guest should be check out on June 1st, 2005 on 12.00 Noon. Because of the flight schedule , he checks out on June 1st, 2005 on 18.00 PM. Consequently, a "Day Use" fee (50% of the room rate) is charged to him, since he uses the room exceeding the determined check out time. PLEASE NOTE that the check out time may vary from one hotel to another

What does 'Run Of The House' (ROH) mean?
"Run Of The House" (ROH) means your room reservation will be based on the room availability and your advantage is when higher room category available, while you do not have to pay extra.

What does it include on the special internet rates?
Special internet rates are including 21% tax and service charges.
Breakfast is include in some hotels (please read carefully).

How to make a booking?
Please fill the Booking Form available on each hotel or services.
Try to describe us your special request on the "description" box available on the form.
Try to recheck your email address before submitting your request.

How long does it take to get the reply?
We will reply all your request / reservations within one business day.

How to pay the hotel reservation?
We will need your credit card details once the reservation is confirmed.
Your credit card will be used as a guarantee and will be charged if there is any cancellation within certain period of cancellation policy [more...].

Normal procedure is for full prepayments on at least 21 days before your arrival, payments can be made with Credit Card or any other payments or Bank transfer.
We do accept Cash / Travellers cheque / AMEX Card.

How to cancel the reservation?
Please use the provious correspondence to cancell the booking or to amend the booking. Cancellation penalty will be applied based on our cancellation policy [more...].

I can't send fax. What should I do?
One of facilities you may comfortably utilize to contact us, is fax. And we provide one fax numbers that you access, in which we always ensure whether both of them are working properly. But should you find any problem in sending fax to us, please make sure that you observe these following steps:
1. Please enter your country's International Direct Dialing numbers
2. Dial 62 - the country code of Indonesia
3. Dial 361- the area code of Bali (Bali's complete area code is 0361, but you must dial without 0)
4. Dial our fax numbers: 774015
